Is my donation tax-deductible?

Yes. Ideas Beyond Borders is a 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization and your donation is tax-deductible within the guidelines of U.S. law. To claim a donation as a deduction on your U.S. taxes, please keep your email donation receipt as your official record. We send this to you when you make an online donation. Our EIN is 82-1447974.

Can I donate from an international address or with international currency?

Yes, and we appreciate it when you do! Whether you donate through your credit card, Paypal, or your Apple or Google wallet, your donation will be processed in your country's currency. IBB will receive your donations in US dollars after a small transaction fee is applied.

80% of all donations go directly to program work,  17% to admin and 3% to development. Visit our Annual Reports page for more information.

Does IBB protect my privacy?
